My story

Why I became a running coach.

I was 15 when I discovered running while living in Boston. At first, it simply gave me a break from everything I was carrying at that time.

When I moved back to Spain, I found myself running 5K most evenings just to breathe. Looking back, those runs were the beginning of discovering who I really was.

A few years later, I went through a difficult period and started running through the mountains.

Nature and trail running didn't just help me. They saved my life.

From there, running became much more than exercise. I joined a running club, worked with a coach, and discovered the joy of training with purpose. Over the years, I raced everything from 5K to the marathon, on both road and trail.

When I moved to Ireland, I embraced a completely new challenge. I joined another club, found a new coach, and stepped into the world of sprinting. Today I train and compete in the 400 m.

Coaching felt like the natural next step. Running has given me confidence, resilience, friendships, purpose and a way through some of life's hardest moments. I became a coach because I want other runners to experience what this sport can offer, not only faster times, but a stronger belief in themselves.

Every runner has a different story. Different goals. Different challenges. My role isn't simply to write a training plan; it's to understand your life, guide you through the process and help you become the runner you want to be. It's your journey, but you don't have to do it alone.
