I don't believe a training plan should take over your life. I want to understand where you are, where you want to go, and what your weeks actually look like. From there we build training that challenges you, adapts when life changes, and helps you become a stronger, more confident runner.
We start with you, not with a template. Your goals, your current fitness, your running history, the time you actually have each week and everything else going on in your life. From there I build training that fits the runner you are right now, so the plan works around your life instead of asking your life to work around it.
Training isn't static. Work gets busy, you travel, you sleep badly, some weeks feel great and others don't. I look at how your sessions are actually going, listen to your feedback and adjust the plan as we go, so training keeps moving forward with you rather than falling apart the first time life gets in the way.
Coaching is more than receiving a training plan. You'll know why you're doing each session, you can ask me anything, and you'll get feedback on how it's going. When something needs to change, we change it together. I'm genuinely invested in your progress, not just in sending you a week of workouts.
You'll understand why you're doing each session, have someone to talk to when training doesn't go to plan, and have a coach who is invested in the process with you.
My job isn't simply to tell you what to run. It's to help you become a better runner.
